my wife and I were guest at your hotel on the 3rd and 4th of Sept. on the 3rd of Sept MOnday we mailed eight (8) post cards to the usa from your Hotel. we were told we could pay for the postage at your desk , which we did ( the lady had long black hair) we paid her for the postage. no one has ever received their cards, in checking with the other guest with us, this has happed to them also.. we would like to know if they were ever mailed or what? we would hope we do not have to report this to GLOBUS Tours. please let me know what we should think of this? this does not sound right.
