Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version has been announced in India today. Amazfit's latest smartwatch has been listed on Amazon for a few weeks, and the company has now confirmed the smartwatch's pricing, as well as the sale date and availability.

The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version is less expensive than the previous GTS 2 Mini model. The most significant difference is that the new version lacks sensors. The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini New Version will be available on Amazon starting April 11 at 12 p.m. for Rs 5,999. Breeze Blue, Flamingo Pink, and Meteor Black will be available in the new version. The smartwatch will be available for Rs 4,999 during the first sale on April 11.

Aside from the colour of the watch, the other difference is the addition of onboard sensors and sports modes. Because the GTS 2 Mini lacks a barometric altimeter, it tracks sports modes such as Snowboarding single, Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing, Snowboarding double, and Skiing. The new model supports 68+ sports modes, whereas the older model supports over 70 modes.
Aside from these changes, the rest of the specifications and features of the new watch remain the same. The new model has a 1.55-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 354 306 pixels. Support is provided for more than 80 watch faces and 60 Always-on Display patterns. The watch weighs 19.5 grammes and is made of aluminium alloy and plastic. It also has a navigation button on the side. Depending on usage, the watch is said to last anywhere from 14 to 21 days on a single charge.
The watch includes a BioTracker 2 PPG sensor for HR tracking, as well as a movement acceleration sensor, gyroscope sensor, geomagnetic sensor, ambient light sensor, SpO2 sensor, and vibration motor. Female cycle tracking, 2.5D glass, 450nits brightness, built-in GPS, PAI assessment, built-in Alexa, 5ATM water resistance rating, and Bluetooth camera connection are among the other features.
