BSNL 4G Expected Launch in India

There is no set date for BSNL to launch its 4G services across India. However, according to a previous report, the telco intends to roll out 4G services across the country by 2024. 4G services are expected to be available within the next two years. Surprisingly, the 5G rollout in India is expected to begin before Diwali.

According to the report, BSNL is collaborating with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to ensure a consistent rollout of 4G services across India. TCS and BSNL are working together to complete the stable rollout within the next 18-24 months.

BSNL 4G Internet Speed

BSNL has recently conducted a number of trials across India to evaluate its 4G capabilities. BSNL reportedly achieved speeds of up to 20Mbps during a trial run in India. The speed is comparable to what other telcos have been providing to their customers. It should be noted, however, that this speed was achieved during the 4G trial services, and it may vary during the commercial rollout due to the large number of subscribers who will use it.
