Today, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 10 Power and Redmi 10A in India. The device announcement comes as a surprise to users who were expecting only the Redmi 10A at the launch event. It may appear to be a new device, but it is actually a Redmi 10 with more RAM and a new colour. The device was already expected to be released in India soon.

In India, the Redmi 10 Power is available in a single configuration with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for Rs 14,999. It will be available shortly on Amazon, Mi Home, Xiaomi's official website, and offline retail partners. The device's launch date has not been announced by Xiaomi.

The Redmi 10 Power comes with a 6.71-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. The screen has a standard refresh rate of 60Hz and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The Snapdragon 680 SoC powers the device, which is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It supports virtual RAM technology, allowing it to expand its RAM up to 3GB. Out of the box, the device runs Android 11-based MIUI 13.
