In India, the Redmi K50i will be rebranded as the Redmi Note 11T Pro. The Redmi Note 11T Pro 5G and Redmi Note 11T Pro+ 5G smartphones were launched in China in May. Several reports in recent weeks have suggested that the Note 11T Pro will be launched outside of China as the Redmi K50i 5G and Poco X4 GT.

The specifications of the Redmi K50i 5G have now been revealed by 91mobiles. The device is also confirmed to launch in India, though the exact launch date is unknown. The Redmi K50i was recently spotted on the BIS website.

Redmi K50i: Specifications

The Redmi K50i will have a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. Dolby Vision content will also be supported by the display. The phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC with four premium Arm Cortex-A78 cores running at 2.85GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores.

The K50i will be available in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB configurations. The phone will come with a 5080mAh battery that supports 677W fast charging. The Redmi K50i is said to have a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro snapper. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera.

In terms of software, the device is powered by MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12. An IP53 rating, an X-Axis motor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.3, and VC liquid cooling are among the other features. The device is said to be 163.674.38.8mm in length and 200 grams in weight.

The Poco X4 GT will be released globally on June 23rd, while the Poco F4 5G device will be launched in India. The Redmi K50i is expected to arrive in India later this month. This will also be the first Redmi mid-range device to launch in India following the Redmi K20 series (aside from the recent Note lineup).
