Today, Vivo launched a new mid-range phone in the S series in China. The Vivo S15e, the latest phone in the S series, was released alongside the Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 devices. The Vivo S15e is the first smartphone in Vivo's S series, and its specifications were exclusively shared by MySmartPrice a few days ago.
The phone is now available with the same specifications as previously stated. The device's key features include an Exynos 1080 processor, up to 12GB RAM, a 50MP main camera, a 90Hz AMOLED display, and 66W fast charging support. Let's take a closer look at the phone.
Vivo S15e Price and Availability
The Vivo S15e is priced at CNY 1999 (Rs 23,400) for the 8GB+128GB model, CNY 2299 (Rs 26,900) for the 8GB+256GB model, and CNY 2499 (Rs 29,200) for the 12GB+256GB model. In China, the phone is now available for pre-order and will begin shipping on April 30.

The 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display on the Vivo S15e has a resolution of 2404 1080 pixels. It has a 20:9 screen ratio, a 103 percent NTSC colour gamut, and a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The Vivo S series phone is powered by Samsung's Exynos 1080 processor, an octa-core chipset built on a 5nm process. The SoC has a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz and a G78 GPU. The chipset is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal UFS3.1 storage.

The S15e has a triple rear camera setup on the back. There are three cameras: a 50MP f/1.8 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro shooter with an f/2.4 aperture. A 16MP front-facing camera is available for selfies. The rear camera on the phone can record 4K video. The Vivo S15e is powered by a 4700mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
Other features include an in-display fingerprint reader, face unlocking, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, a Type-C charging port, 5G and 4G support, and an in-display fingerprint reader. The phone is 8.4910.31mm thick and weighs 191 grams. The phone will come pre-installed with Android 12. It will have an Origin OS Ocean layer on top of Android. The device will be available in three colours: peach, blue, and black.
