POCO M6 5G Launched in India: Price, Specifications

POCO launched the POCO M6 5G smartphone in India. The smartphone is the most recent addition to the M series of smartphones. POCO previously released the POCO M6 Pro 5G smartphone in India. The M6 5G follows the recent release of the POCO C65 smartphone in India. POCO's latest M series phone comes with an HD+ display, Corning Gorilla Glass protection, and dual back cameras.

POCO M6 5G: Pricing, Availability

POCO launched the smartphone in three color options: Orion Blue, Galactic Black, and Green. The smartphone was unveiled by the Xiaomi-owned brand in three different configurations. The three various RAM and storage configurations are priced as follows.

The smartphone includes the capability for virtual RAM expansion up to the RAM capacity. The M6 5G smartphone will be available only to Flipkart consumers. It will be available for purchase on December 26. POCO is also providing an instant Rs 1,000 discount to ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card holders. The ICICI Bank discount decreases the price of the base model to Rs 9,499.

POCO M6 5G: Features, Specifications

The POCO M6 5G smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor, which is manufactured on a 6nm technology. The chipset includes two Cortex A76 cores running at 2.2GHz, six Cortex A55 cores running at 2.0GHz, and a Mali G57 MP2 GPU. The smartphone ships with MIUI 14, which is based on Android 14.

POCO will give two major Android system updates as well as three years of security patches. The smartphone has an HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz.

The M6 5G smartphone sports dual rear cameras in a rectangular camera island, with the main camera sensor being 50MP. The camera island has a large POCO branding on the right side of the gadget.
