The GoPro Hero 11 Black is expected to be launched in the United States soon. Every year, the action camera company announces its flagship GoPro Hero series action cameras in mid-September, and the GoPro Hero 11 Black is expected to be made official around September 15.
The GoPro Hero 11 Black's design was leaked a few days ago, and it looks strikingly similar to the previous generation action camera, the GoPro Hero 10 Black. A new WinFuture report has revealed some of the key features of the upcoming Hero 11 Black model. According to the report, the new action camera will have a new sensor, improved stabilization, and other features.

According to the report, the GoPro Hero 11 Black will have a new CMOS sensor with a wider Field of View. The new sensor will allow the GoPro action camera to capture photos with a resolution of 27 megapixels, up from 23.6MP on the GoPro Hero 10. While the Hero 11 Black can shoot at 27MP, the new camera can capture 24.7MP screen grabs, an upgrade from 19MP stills on the previous generation.
Furthermore, the GoPro Hero 11 Black is said to have video recording capabilities of up to 5.3K at 60fps. Furthermore, the camera will support 4k @ 120fps. In terms of stabilization, the Hero 11 Black is said to have improved HyperSmooth 5.0 image stabilization, as well as automatic horizon leveling. The new action camera, like the previous generation, will have a 1.4-inch front display and a 2.27-inch rear touchscreen display.
The action camera is said to have the same 1720mAh battery, as well as the same waterproof design down to 10 meters.
