The Realme Q5i has a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 24001080 and a peak brightness of 600nits. It has a waterdrop notch and a 90Hz refresh rate display that supports up to 180Hz touch sampling rate.

The Q5i is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor built on a 6nm fabrication process. The system on chip includes an integrated Mali G57 graphics processor, up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The latest Q-series device runs Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12.

The latest Realme smartphone comes with a dual-rear camera setup as well as an LED flash. The device's primary sensor is a 13MP shooter with Night mode support. It is accompanied by a 2MP auxiliary sensor. The Q5i has an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
