Tecno has introduced new budget smartphones in India as part of its Camon series. In India, the company has released two devices: the Tecno Camon 19 and the 19 Neo. Both smartphones cost less than Rs 15,000. The Camon 19 is the more expensive of the two smartphones released today in India.

The majority of the hardware is shared by both smartphones. The camera setup distinguishes the Neo from the standard model. The back panel of the device is made of polycarbonate and houses the two large cutouts for the triple-camera setup. In India, the Tecno Camon 19 series is the newest entrant in the budget smartphone category. The Camon 19 has only one storage option. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In addition, the phone supports 5GB of virtual RAM. The price is Rs 14,999. The device is available in Eco Black, Sea Salt White, and Geometric Green.

The Camon 19 Neo, on the other hand, costs Rs 12,499. The phone also has the same storage configuration of 6GB + 128GB. It is available in Dreamland Green, Ice Mirror, and Eco Black.

Both phones will be available for purchase on Amazon India beginning July 23.

Both phones have a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a peak brightness of 500 nits. The front camera is housed in a hole-punch cutout in the top center of the screen. Both models have a 60Hz refresh rate display as standard.

The devices are powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The processor comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Both devices support up to 5GB of virtual RAM. The phones feature a 16MP front-facing camera.

The Camon 19 has a 64MP triple-camera setup on the back, whereas the Camon 19 Neo has a 48MP triple-camera setup. The other two sensors have not been revealed by the company.
